Medina 5% New Customer Discount

Terms & Conditions:

  • This promotion is only open to invited Independent New Customers of Medina Quay Meats Limited (“Medina”) located in GB within the usual delivery range of Medina who have completed a satisfactory credit check by Medina.
  • New customer is any Independent business that has not placed any orders with Medina, and any Independent customers who have previously traded with Medina but have not placed any orders since 31st May 2024 (“New Customer”). Participants must be the business owner or have the business owner’s consent to take part.
  • Participants can qualify for a 5% discount (“Discount”) on all spend between 1st August 2024 and 31st October 2024 (“Qualifying Period”). To qualify, eligible New Customer must spend an average of £500 per month totalling at least £1500 during the Qualifying Period.
  • Spend will be calculated on net invoice price paid (excluding VAT and any other discounts) for products ordered and delivered during the Qualifying Period. Returns and non-deliveries will not count.
  • The total Discount shall be calculated on the participant’s spend during the Qualifying Period and the value of the Discount shall be applied to the participant’s Medina trade account by 30th November 2024. For customers who pay in cash, the Discount shall be applied to the next invoices after the Credit has been applied until the total Discount has been applied. Discount must be used within 12 months of being applied.
  • All sales shall be subject to Medina’s standard Terms & Conditions of Sale available at https://www.medinafoodservice.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/.
  • The offer is only valid when offered by an authorised representative of Medina and participation is entirely at the discretion of medina.
  • Medina reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
  • No Discount shall not be payable where there are outstanding invoices.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medina shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liabilities whatsoever howsoever arising or suffered by participants resulting directly or indirectly from this promotion.
